This ensures consistency across the team.
When creating an appointment, select the client’s timezone from the dropdown at the time of booking.
This allows the client to view the appointment in their local time, while it remains in Melbourne time on your calendar.
You cannot edit the timezone after booking.
You’ll need to cancel the appointment and rebook, this time selecting the correct timezone.
Always confirm timezone details with clients upfront—especially if they’re interstate or overseas.
