🌐 How do I manage timezones in Acuity?

Please keep your Acuity calendar set to Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT).
This ensures consistency across the team.

🕓 Booking for clients in other timezones:

  • When creating an appointment, select the client’s timezone from the dropdown at the time of booking.

  • This allows the client to view the appointment in their local time, while it remains in Melbourne time on your calendar.

⚠️ If the timezone wasn’t selected:

  • You cannot edit the timezone after booking.

  • You’ll need to cancel the appointment and rebook, this time selecting the correct timezone.

Always confirm timezone details with clients upfront—especially if they’re interstate or overseas.
