What do I do if I am unwell or can't attend booked sessions?
If you are unwell, please send a text message to your clients through Halaxy to let them know you're unwell and will need to cancel. Then let the admin team know that you are unwell by email and they will reschedule your clients.
If you simply want to change an appointment time for another reason, this is something you can manage. Please call or email the client to send them to our website to rebook another time, or work it out over your communication.
