How do I send a psychometric tool to my client to complete from Halaxy?
To send a psychometric tool from Halaxy as a form to be completed by the client, it needs to be set up as an "intake form".

For other psychometrics, please see the drop down of "intake forms" where the EPDS was selected. These are available to send.
You can use the same email template as sending the EPDS but change the wording to suit your scale. Please leave the <online form> link as this will populate the link to your scale.
